Then I began sketching to kind of fill out the room and begin to visualize how the image might progress. I often have a preconception that will change radically when I try to fit that to the required format. My mind is amazing at glossing over conflicts in the reality of the execution. That’s likely a very good thing in that it allows my mind to wander and invent without being tied to practical considerations.
