34- with the wheel selected go to mesh and then choose smooth option make sure division levels are set to 1 like the one below.
35-your wheel should look the one below.
36-here is the test render with rim below.
37-go to face mode and then select the faces on the image below.

step 9 and 10 dont make any sense, you dont have an edge, and then you do, what is the deal with that?
