47-after adjusting the vertices your tire should look like the picture below.
48-here I have applied smooth to all of the parts and looking like below.
49-now its time to create the treads go to front view and create a cube with the same settings as below,
50-then go to vertex mode and move the vertices like the image below.
51-duplicate the top tread and bring it to bottom then create 2 more cubes in between like the picture showing you below.
Note: you are more then welcome if you like to bevel the edges of treads to give it more detail.

step 9 and 10 dont make any sense, you dont have an edge, and then you do, what is the deal with that?

very beautifull and i was searching for it…..wait is over
