For good measure I also wanted to see what the creature would look like in a game engine, so I imported the model into the Unreal 3 editor.

Final Thoughts:
I guess I’ll close by saying that there are number of different ways to approach the modeling, sculpting and texturing process and this is by no means the be all and end all! As a matter of fact I tend to work on different projects that require me to switch styles and workflows often. As an artist I pride myself on being able to work within different styles and genres, whether it’s gritty realism or stylized fantasy.
All in all I have to say that this was a fun exercise and I’m glad that I was able to share it with the CG community. Hopefully I was able to introduce you guys to a few new techniques that will encourage you to come up with some creation methods of your own. With that said happy creating and good luck!
