20-its time to create the wheel, create a tube with the same setting as below.

21-convert the tube to editable poly and then go to vertex mode then move the vertices to side something like the image below.

22-select the inner polygons indicating on the image.

23-now bevel the selected polygons with different values to get some thing like on the the picture below.


On step 5 the image isn’t open, can u fix it, pls !?
