Step 9, Final Fixes and steps:
This is the final step of the picture. What I did first is move her eye a little more closely to her nose, it was off before. I fixed up her nose a little bit, adding more curve to the tip of it. I added more streaks of hair as I said before earlier in the tutorial, just to make her hair wilder and not so Secretary like. I then changed the overall color of the picture, while duplicating the image, setting it to overlay, lowering the opacity and messing with the Colors/Hue. After that, its up to you to do your basic details and touch ups. That’s it!
