Compositing
All the individual passes were comped together in XSI’s compositor. 

Breakdown of how the passes were comped (numbered according to above images):
Occlusion pass that has been color corrected. The light pass that gets split into 3 light passes using a swapcomponent node. The Key light pass extracted from the red channel of the light pass is Added over the Occlusion Same as number 3 but extracted from green channel Same as number 3 and 4 but extracted from blue channel The Flat diffuse colour is multiplied giving this result Then comes the specular pass which is additive Then Reflection (additive) Then comes the Face And the Fur.
I was experimenting the the above compositing workflow.  I am by no means an expert compositing artist.  If you think the above is not correct or has flaws, then please let me know.  The final result is put together in Photoshop for final tweaks and adjustments.
