10. Before starting with cloth, try to study the color palette and the compatible brush, I use rough round bristle here in middle opacity, you can use new layer or painting directly on the canvas
11. Add some more color palette, try to refine with chalk brush and at the same time, I start to give the color to the emblem, it is wrong shoulder pad, but it’s ok to continue, if it’s the emblem is gone, it rather empty on the image
12. Start to blend the color with soft brush, low opacity
