-For the plan i used this picture taken from google and then hand colored.

Final ligth setup
I used a hdr image with 2 luminous panel (red on the right and blue on the left).
Luminous intensity set 5.0w/srm2 for the blue and 6.0w/srm2 for the red.

In luminous panel material I added a shader with the following settings.
